For U.S. customers: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and arrive 2–5 business days after the order ships via standard ground shipping. Please expect an additional 1–5 business days for AK/HI/APO/FPO/DPO orders to arrive.

For Canadian customers: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and arrive 7–14 business days after the order ships via standard ground shipping.

Please note that Replacement Part orders and Subscriber Shop orders typically ship within 2-5 business days and arrive 7-10 business days after the order ships.

If you ordered The Montessori Playshelf or The Real Life Play Kitchen, please note these arrive as a two-carton shipment. These cartons may arrive to you separately. 

If you would like to check the status of a current order, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account and clicking Order History. If you prepaid for a bundle of Play Kits, your original order will update with a tracking number for each Play Kit once it ships.
