Return & Exchange

To return or exchange your product, you have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to make a return or exchange, with the exception of the Montessori Playshelf (which is not returnable). Please contact us  with your name, order number, and reason for return (optional). From there, we’ll issue your refund for digital products, like The Course Packs, or we’ll issue you a prepaid return label for physical products. Return shipping is free within the United States and Canada, and the product must be returned to us unaltered within 30 days after our receipt of your notification that you’d like to make a return. 

The Montessori Playshelf comes with a Limited Warranty, but we cannot accept returns of the product due to both its size, weight, and customer-assembled nature. 

US customers can return The Real Life Play Kitchen unopened up to 60 days after purchase. A $35 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. While we are able to ship The Real Life Play Kitchen to Canada, this product is final sale and cannot be returned.

When indicated, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on closeout, clearance, or reduced-price items.
